We offer classes for men, women, and children of all athletic abilities from ages 12 and up. We've trained students of all ages, shapes, and sizes. Ages 12 to 60+! We're not trying to train you to be a professional UFC fighter. We're training you to have a fighting chance. We understand that everyone has certain limitations and our system accounts for that. Students work at their own pace and the only person you compete with is yourself. If there are certain techniques that you find difficult for your body to do, then you simply focus on others. While there are minimum belt requirements, none of them involve acrobatic moves that require superior flexibility, stamina, or strength.
Our adult self-defense program is a continually evolving modernized martial art that focuses on effective, easy-to-master techniques. Based upon Chon-Tu Kwan Hapkido (Combat Hapkido), students learn defenses against unarmed attackers as well armed assailants. Our self-defense programs aim to keep you physically active and healthy while building flexibility, strength, coordination, and better reflexes to handle a wide variety of attacks and situations.

Our instructor’s have years of experience in martial arts. All of our instructors are certified black belt instructors in Chon-Tu Kwan Hapkido (Combat Hapkido). We pride ourselves on our training and we’re constantly exploring, practicing and refining our techniques.
